Where Mexican soul meets smoky American BBQ - straight off the grill in Bakersfield, CA
At Fiesta Taqueria and BBQ, we bring together the bold, vibrant flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine with the deep, smoky soul of American barbecue. Nestled in the heart of Bakersfield on Beale Avenue, our kitchen is where two culinary traditions meet over open flame and generations of family recipes.
Every rack of ribs, every tri tip steak, and every plate of menudo is prepared with the same care and passion that our family has brought to the table for years. We slow-cook our meats to tender perfection, season our beans with a kick of jalapeño heat, and hand-make our tortillas fresh daily. Whether you're grabbing a quick chicken plate for lunch or ordering a massive family pack for a weekend gathering, you'll taste the difference that comes from cooking with heart.
We proudly serve Bakersfield and the surrounding communities - from Downtown to Rosedale, East Bakersfield to Panorama Hills. Our goal is simple: to fill your table with incredible food that brings people together. That's the Fiesta way.
Our most loved plates - fire-kissed and unforgettable
"Wow! The best tacos I've had in town!! Hands down!"
"This place is a MUST! Good service and really good food. The Small family pack for up to 7 members has a little something for everyone. The Chile Colorado is just how mom or abuelita make it."
"The New York Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Good size portion. The chile beans were amazing. They add jalapeños to give them a little kick. You can't go wrong ordering this meal."
